Symptoms

On : 13.4.0.0.0 version,

EMCLI was corrupted - 

 

$OMS_HOME/bin/emcli import_update_catalog -file=/tmp/p9348486_112000_Generic.zip -omslocal
Internal Error: The EM CLI system has encountered an internal error. Details have been added to the OMS log files.
