Goal

 In Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.0 Cloud Control, Real-Time SQL Monitoring is intended to show which lines are executing in real-time. This does not appear to be happening in EM 13.4.
Real-time SQL Monitoring by DBAs and developers is one of the most used features of EM, this feature is of great interest.
