EM13c : Tablespace Full Metric Collection Halts For PDB Targets (Doc ID 2747756.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, not receiving the Tablespace alert for PDB since these collections were not happeing.
Navigating to the All Metrics --> Tablespace Full, observed the Real Time data ia not getting populated. Verifying the last 30 days collections. show the collection timestamp as
Old.

Trying to perform the following operations will re-initiate the Collections:

./emctl stop agent
./emctl start agent
./emctl control agent runCollection <Target_Name>:oracle_database problemTbsp_10i_Loc_cdb

OR

./emctl clearstate agent
./emctl control agent runCollection <Target_Name>:oracle_database
problemTbsp_10i_Loc_cdb

But again after some time the collection stops automatically.

Error stack observed from <Agent_Inst_Home>/sysman/log/gcagent.log file:
