Goal

Enterprise Manager Agent, monitoring database targets, uses DCN Port 47632/47633 to subscribe to the RDBMS Server-Generated Alerts, AQ Notifications etc.
This port is not secure and causing security vulnerabilities. Customers are looking for a way to secure this port with protocols like TLSv1.2.
