When navigating to Database target homepage > Availability > Backup & Recovery > Recover Catalog setting

Under 'Shared Setting' > 'Use recovery catalog', warning error is shown for selected catalog user

"Enterprise Manager user does not have privilege to GRANT VIEW_CREDENTIAL access for the named credential for the selected recovery catalog user."
