Symptoms
EM 13.4
Analyzing patch on 12.1.0.2 DB failed with the below error while using a custom procedure:
oracle.sysman.emInternalSDK.core.patch.exception.SubmitFailedException: oracle.sysman.emSDK.core.job.procedure.exception.PAFException: Error submitting procedure.
Analyzing the same using standard procedure works fine.
Observed below errors in <EM_INSTANCE>/em/EMGC_OMS<n>/sysman/log/emoms.trc:
Caused by: oracle.sysman.emSDK.core.job.procedure.exception.PAFException: Cannot save Configuration: ORA-01403: no data found
