Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.3.2 Cloud Control, the Fleet Deploy GI Software job fails with the following error:

$ <INVENTORY_PATH>/oraInventory/logs/*

[FATAL] [INS-30024] Installer has detected that the location determined as Oracle Grid Infrastructure home (<PATH>/grid/19.9.0), is not a valid Oracle home.
ACTION:
Ensure that either there are no environment variables pointing to this invalid location or register the location as an Oracle home in the central
inventory. Also, make sure that /etc/oracle path is cleaned up properly as part of previous Grid deinstall.
The exit code of Config Wizard command is
