Symptoms

Applying Release Update on the OMS using OMSPatcher fails with the error:

[May 5, 2021 8:56:47 PM] A valid password must be specified. Password should be alpha numeric only and can contain the following special characters: $, # , _ .Password should not start with a number or a special character.

[May 5, 2021 8:56:47 PM] CAUSE - RCU-6091 One or more component specific validation failed.
[May 5, 2021 8:56:47 PM] ACTION - RCU-6091 Check log for more details and fix the validation error.

It is verified that the OMSPatcher that is used is the latest one. Executing the resume script prompts for the SYSMAN Password, which still fails on input.
