EM 13c: ASH Analytics and SQL Monitoring Options Grayed Out Under Performance Tab, Performance Hub in DB Target Home Page (Doc ID 2782502.1)

Symptoms

In EM 13.3, ASH Analytics and SQL Monitoring Options are grayed out under Performance Tab --> Performance Hub in DB target home page, follow the below

Login to EM console,
Targets --> Databases (It will show list of DB targets configured in EM)
Click on DB target (This DB target home page will be displayed)
Click on Performance --> Performance Hub,  ASH Analytics and SQL Monitoring Options are grayed out

Verify the below screen shot

Note: Same issue can happen in DB targets monitoring from EM 13.4 and higher.
