EM 13c: Program option missing under User session Columns drop down in Performance Hub Ash Analytics page

Symptoms
In EM 13.4 RU7 applied, Program option missing under User session Columns drop down in Performance Hub Ash Analytics page which was available in EM 13.4 before applying RU7 patch.
Login to EM Console, Targets --> Databases
Click on any database,
Performance --> Performance hub --> ASH Analytics page
Right side under User session section you will find Columns drop down, here you will find username, service, program options.
After applying RU7 patch to this EM 13.4 environment, program option missing under Columns drop down under User Session section
