Symptoms

EM 13.5 OMS shows the following alert in MTM page (Console > Setup > Manage Cloud Control > Health Overview)

Message: Fragmentation found in Tables: EM_LOADERJOB_Q_TBL

Similar alert can be triggered for fragmentation on other known tables like: EM_EVENT_BUS and EM_NOTIFY_Q AQ
