Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.5, a new Compliance Standard "Enterprise Manager Sizing" was introduced.
This applies to "OMS and Repository" and this standard checks Enterprise Manager Sizing Requirements.

This standard had 3 Rules:
  a. Enterprise Manager Minimum Hardware and Storage Requirements
  b. Enterprise Manager Minimum Database Setting Requirements
  c. Enterprise Manager Tuning Setting Requirements

Rule : Enterprise Manager Minimum Database Setting Requirements

This runs the query below to evaluate the DB settings requirements for the Repository DB:
SELECT target_guid, criteria, actual_value, expected_value FROM MGMT$ECM_EM_SIZING WHERE category = 'DatabaseSettingRequirements' AND is_compliant = 'No'

As part of this Rule it is also evaluating the "optimizer_adaptive_features" parameter and expecting this parameter to be set to False.
