Symptoms
EM13.4: Some agents are not listed in the agents selection list to subscribe to Gold Image
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, trying to subscribe agent to a Gold Image, the agent is not getting listed in the agent selection list.
The agent is up & running and is uploading fine, still, the agent is not listed in the list.
