Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.3.2 Cloud Control, a Fleet Update RACDB job fails with "Error in oracle home details.Unable to retreive destination home location: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows"

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name=Update_rac_db_prim -purpose=UPDATE_RACDB -target_type=rac_database -target_list=<db_name>
