EM 13.4: "Page Unrepsonsive" Intermittently while accessing EM Console Pages in Google Chrome Browser

Information in this document applies to any platform.
While accessing EM 13.4 Console pages, its observed that intermittently some of the pages hang and show a pop up "Page Unresponsive".
Clicking on Wait just gets into an infinite loop and it never loads the page.
Click on Exit page, it brought to a page that just says "Something went wrong while displaying the web page"
Setup ---> Manage Cloud Control ---> Agents
Click on any agent:
Enterprise > Monitoring > Incident Manager
Console > Targets > All Targets
User does not face any issue with other browsers such as Firefox / IE / Edge. Issue is specific to Chrome browser.
Clearing the cache / cookies did not make any difference.
