Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.3.2 Cloud Control Systems Infrastructure Remote Host target status is down after host root host password change.

Description: (Steps to reproduce the issue)

Change the root password on the target (Agent) host to a new value.

Change monitoring password for target type "Systems Infrastructure Remote Host" at this location:

   Menu: Setup > Security > Monitoring Credentials > Systems Infrastructure Remote Host

After this change the Systems Infrastructure Remote Host target shows a Down status.
