In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, the Cluster menu is missing Cluster Health Monitoring Option.

Navigation:
1. Go to all targets
2. Click on the cluster target to go to the cluster home page
3. Menu Cluster -> Cluster Health Monitoring
