In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, the following details are observed from the EMDiag Kit report:

EMAIL delivery : FAIL - Too slow (+2 sec avg) for 3 hours

Understanding of this Error:

duration = total time taken to deliver X emails
value = number of emails delivered
duration/value = time taken to deliver a single email

"EMAIL delivery : FAIL - Too slow (+2 sec avg)" is displayed when average time taken to deliver an email is more than 2 second

Connect to Repository DB and execute the following query to understand the time taken for the email delivery.
