Symptoms


Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.4 Cloud Control Agent deployment using Agent Push fails at the secure Agent step with the following error:

2021-08-08 03:42:37,096 [main] ERROR agent.SecureAgentCmd main.389 - Failed to secure the Agent:
java.net.UnknownHostException: <OMS-ShortName>: Name or service not known
  at java.net.Inet6AddressImpl.lookupAllHostAddr(Native Method)
  at java.net.InetAddress$2.lookupAllHostAddr(InetAddress.java:929)
  at java.net.InetAddress.getAddressesFromNameService(InetAddress.java:1324)
