13.5: Executing "emcli get_agentimage" on Windows OMS fails with error: zip error: Could not create output file (was replacing the original zip file) (Doc ID 2802942.1)

Symptoms

On a 13.5 OMS installed on Windows platform, executing "emcli get_agentimage" to extract the agent software for any platform, fails with the error:


OMS_HOME\bin>emcli.bat get_agentimage -destination=<STAGE_LOC> -platform="Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)" -version="13.5.0.0.0"
