Problem: OPMNCA: OPMN Configuration Assistant Failed While Installing 10g Grid Control Because of SEOS/ETRUST Prevented opmnctl From Starting HTTP Server (Doc ID 280308.1)

Symptoms

Tried to install 10G Management server with existing 9.2.0.4 repository database.

Repository database was created based on requirement in 10G basic installtion
guide.

EM installation failed at "OPMN Configuration Assistant"
Error message in universal installer installActions log
