Symptoms

emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="<NAME>" -purpose=UPDATE_RACDB -target_type=rac_database -target_list=<TARGET_NAME> -normal_credential="<NORMAL_CREDENTIALS_NAME:OWNER>" -privilege_credential="<PRIVILEGE_CREDENTIALS_NAME :OWNER>" -input_file="data:<INPUT_FILE>"

Fails with:


Error Setting the Computed Variables
Exception Occurred due there is no active instances for the RAC DB '<TARGET_NAME>'
ExpressionEvaluationException: Below error message was returned while executing this Computational step.
