Symptoms


In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control using Fleet Maintenance, when running create gold image for GI fails with below error.

Job Step Error : 

GI/SIHA version is more or equals to 18cmd =/ora01/app/gic/product/gi/19c/gridSetup.sh -silent -createGoldImage -destinationLocation /ora02/fm/oemchsCDDFAC313EFD0082E0530A2208826E76 -exclFiles '*.log,sqlnet.ora,crsgenconfig_params'

Your platform requires the root user to perform certain

pre-installation
OS preparation. The root user should run the shell script 'rootpre.sh' before
you proceed with Oracle installation. The rootpre.sh
script can be found at:
/ora01/app/gic/product/gi/19c/clone/rootpre.sh

Answer 'y' if root has run 'rootpre.sh' so you can proceed with
Oracle
installation.
Answer 'n' to abort installation and then ask root to run
'rootpre.sh'.
