Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, when you are attempting to deploy new home from gui after successful cleanup of newly deployed home using emcli failed to reflect the correct status for deployment operations.
From the above screen, customer has already cleanup newly deployed oracle home using emcli, on trying to deploy new home from gui the status is not reflecting.
Use Case: Customer has performed below steps using emcli.
a. Create gold image
b. subscribe the databases
c. Deployed the new home.
4. Updated the databases to new home.
5. Rollback the database to old home.
6. Cleanup the newly deployed home.
