FLEET: GoldImage "createSoftwareImage" Verb Fails With Error "rootpre.sh been run by root in this machine [y/n] (n)" (Doc ID 2820992.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Fleet createSoftwareImage command fails with below error.

Command:

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -createSoftwareImage -input_file="data:/tmp/GRID_IMAGE.txt"
Create Gold Image operation has been submitted successfully with the instance name : 'CreateGoldImageProfile_SYSMAN_08_09_2018_03_16_AM' and execution_guid='72F8E4FCDE077B99E053BC3A410AF226'
You can track the status of operation using the following:
EMCLI:
emcli get_instance_status -exec=72F8E4FCDE077B99E053BC3A410AF226
