Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.5 Cloud Control RU3 Linux RPM repository  setup job fails: "PopulateAdvisories: Java heap space"

The agent seems to be up and running fine and not crashing because of heap space.

<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.trc shows:
