Symptoms
On : 13.5.0.0.0 version, Agent Upgrade
Agent upgrade from 13.4 to 13.5 using Upgrade Console fails at package prerequisite check on Linux (64-bit):
Performing check for CertifiedVersions_agent
Is the software certified on the current operating system?
Expected result: One of enterprise-6, oracle-8, oracle-7, SuSE-11, SuSE-12, SuSE-15, redhat-6, redhat-7, redhat-8
Actual Result: redhat-7.9

Problem: Some required packages are missing.
