EM 13c: Target Information window doesn't show all the Target Properties

Symptoms
From EM Console "Target Information" window [Clicking on (i) symbol besides a target page] does not show all the Target properties if the target is associated with more than 19 properties.
Due to this, some default properties may be truncated / not shown on this page
For example:
If a database has more than 20 custom target properties, when we click on 'i' symbol besides the target name to check the information, it will truncate default properties such as Read Only, Core Count, CPU Count.
