Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control configured with LDAP Active Directory (AD).

Whenever the requests are coming from OEM, the AD server logs the below warning in their Event viewer.

The following client performed a SASL (Negotiate/Kerberos/NTLM/Digest) LDAP bind without requesting signing (integrity verification), or performed a simple bind over a clear text (non-SSL/TLS-encrypted) LDAP connection.
