After Upgrade from EM 13.4.0.11 to EM 13.5.0.4, Repository Scheduler Job Status is reporting error

From the OEM Console:

Setup > Manage Cloud Control > Repository

In the "Repository Scheduler Jobs Status"

Repository Metrics (Short Running) status shows as Down
