Newly added database target (CDB/PDB) are stuck in Metric Evaluation Error status / Status Pending as shown in the following screenshot

Following command shows that the DB target exists in targets.xml file

$emctl config agent listtargets

$../agent_inst/sysman/log/gcagent.log reports following errors:
