Symptoms

A new RAC system is being deployed from Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.5 Cloud Control with this command:

emcli db_software_maintenance \
-performOperation -name=Deploy_Home \
-purpose=DEPLOY_RAC_SOFTWARE \
-target_type=rac_database \
-target_list=<dbname1>, <dbname2> \
-normal_credential=NC_HOST_ORACLE_CREDS:<USER1> \
-privilege_credential=NC_HOST_ORACLE_CREDS_PRIV:<USER1> \
-input_file="data:/<path>input.file" \
-standbyAutoDeploy=false
