EM 13: Membership History Page Does Not Display Information On Target Level But On Admin Group Page Level (Doc ID 2852986.1)

Goal

The Membership history page information (Target -> Members -> History) is not clear, according to the documentation: "you can view the Membership History of the group by choosing Membership History from the Group menu." but that is not true when seen from target level as it will show an empty table.
