Symptoms

From EM13c Console, Provisioning ORAchk to 19c Grid Cluster fails with the following error:

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException, msg=String index out of range: -319
JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException, msg=String index out of range: -319
javax.el.ELException: oracle.sysman.emSDK.app.exception.EMSystemException
