Symptoms

From EM 13.4 Console, Navigating to a cluster target page gives the following error:

Error:
For input string: "xxxxxxxxxx"
java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "xxxxxxxxxx"

$../gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.trc file reports following errors:
