EM 13c : EM Console Login Failed With "Enterprise Manager Cloud Control is not currently available. The EMGC_OMS server where Cloud Control runs, or some other component, might be down" (Doc ID 2856633.1)

Symptoms

1. EM Console login failed With below error

"Enterprise Manager Cloud Control is not currently available. The EMGC_OMS server where Cloud Control runs, or some other component, might be down.

Retry".

2. status oms shows all components are UP.

$<OMS_MW_HOME>/bin>./emctl status oms

Oracle Management Server is Up

JVMD Engine is Up

3. status oms -details failed with below errors.

$<OMS_MW_HOME>/bin>./emctl status oms -details
