Symptoms
13c EM Agent : Agent installed in NFS[Network File System] on a Target Server , migrating the agent from NFS To Local FS[File System] using the steps outlined in the following link.
Agent migration failed with below error.
The command is /<AGENT_BASE>/agent_13.4.0.0.0/bin/emctl start blackout AGT_CNT_BLK_OUT -nodeLevel
The result is
