Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager 13.5 Plugin deployment fails with the following error


$ emcli deploy_plugin_on_agent -plugin="oracle.sysman.xa" -agent_names="<hostname>:<agent_port>"
Prerequisites check failed
For agent : https://<agent_name>:<agent_port>/emd/main/
No compatible plug-in was found for Management Agent Base Platform 13.5.0.0.0 or operating system.
