Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Fleet Create Gold Image job fails with below error:

$emcli db_software_maintenance -createSoftwareImage -input_file="data:/tmp/19gi.txt"

Verb createSoftwareImage unsuccessful

The version[19.15.0] already exists for the given gold image. Use another version name.
