Symptoms

After applying the latest patch on Agents, The Agent communication was UNKNOWN and the OMS responded illegally [ERROR- Failed to Update Target Type Metadata]

The OMS log /gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms_pbs.trc has "table or view does not exist".
