EM 13.5: AIX Host Status 'Availability Evaluation Error' After Applying RU4/RU5 (Doc ID 2867603.1)

Symptoms

AIX host status is 'Availability Evaluation Error' after applying agent side RU4 or RU5 patches. If the target host is being discovered, it fails with 'Metric Collection Error'. Target host home page shows below error.

Target not Configured Get dynamic property error,Computation of a critical dynamic property failed. Retries Completed.

The response metric fails with handshake error due to unsupported cipher suites.

 

Changes

RU4 or RU5 patch is applied on 13.5 OMS/Agent.
