EM13c : Unable To Change The expiry_date Column Value Once Updated In Violations Page (Doc ID 2874781.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Navigate to Compliance --> Results --> Violations
When a violation is suppressed by providing an Expiry Date, it gets updated against the expiry_date column in Repository.
Trying to unsuppress the Violation and then Suppress again with a new Expiry date does not update the information in Repository.
