Purpose: Deprecation of GI/Mass DB upgrade wizard for database targets in Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control

Scope: What is being deprecated? Wizard for GI/Mass DB upgrade in Oracle Enterprise Manager.

Impact: In a future update release of Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.5, wizard for GI/Mass DB upgrade will be removed
