Error "Failed to invoke operation load on MBean" when Trying to Click on Wallets from FMW Console (Doc ID 2878441.1)

Symptoms

After applying latest security patches on Oracle HTTP_Server 11.1.1.9 which is associated with the domain, clicking on wallets in FMW console it fails with below errors:

Steps to reproduce the error:

1. Login into Fusion Middleware Control Console

2. Click on Webtier -> ,ohsName>

3. Right clicking on '<ohsName>' and select 'Security' -> Wallets, a popup comes up with the above errors.
