EM 13.5: The adrAlertLogContent metric does not exist for oracle_oms target

Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager, trying to open 'Diagnostic Incident' of 'oracle_oms' target results in "Failed to get log content. <OMS Host>:<Port>_Management_Service - the adrAlertLogContent metric does not exist for oracle_oms target <OMS Host>:<Port>_Management_Service".
- Login to OEM console.
- Navigate to Setup > Manage Cloud Control > Health Overview. It will open 'Oracle Management Service' target home page.
- Click on the 'Related Alerts' link in the bottom of the page.
- Now under 'Metric Name' click on any Diagnostic incident of 'Oracle Management Service' target.
- The 'Alert Log Errors' page will open. Under 'Related Links' section, Select 'XML Alert Log Contents'.
- Under 'Log File Contents' section click on 'Go'.
