 oracle_si_fabric_info_config, reporting NullPointerException

After upgrading agents from Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13.4 to 13.5 are seeing the following collection, oracle_si_fabric_info_config, reporting NullPointerException.

Note:

Agent and OMS both are OEM 13.5 RU6
