Symptoms

On : 13.4.0.0.0 version, Target RAC CDB Database

Metrics/ Metric Extensions not working for singleton PDB in full RAC
It works for PDB placed on the node where agent (Master Agent)  monitoring CDB is running. It does not work for PDB placed in different RAC instances on different nodes.
