Symptoms

When executing EMCLI command calling script fails.

- script file created with command

save_metric_extension_draft -target_type=<TARGET_TYPE> -version=<ME Version> -name=<ME\$NAME>

- run EMCLI command

./emcli <PATH_TO_SCRIPT_FILE>

Error
"Exception while saving draft of metric extension: Invalid metric extension: MextID:targetType=<TARGET_TYPE>,name=<ME\$NAME>,version=<ME Version>"
