Symptoms
Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control jobs - 'SQL Script' or 'OS Command' both are failing with below error.
Can't locate strict.pm: /<Agent_Base>/agent_13.4.0.0.0/plugins/oracle.sysman.db.agent.plugin_13.4.1.0.0/scripts/strict.pm: (null) at /<Agent_Base>/agent_13.4.0.0.0/sysman/admin/scripts/jobutil/runSQLScript.pl line 22.
