Symptoms
Remote host discovery using nMAP fails after applying RU09 in pre-downtime mode (Pre-downtime: At this stage, the system is still at RU08 but the RU09 patch is applied).

RU09 was applied using the Rapid Platform Update method and the OMS continues to run in the pre-downtime "omspatcher deploy" window.
